This makes me sick to the core. What do they gain by killing civilians? Eternal life in heaven? What are we doing about the perverted bastards poisoning the minds of young men? What exactly is the politicians smoking? I would like to have a puff too. May be it will make me insensitive to all that is happening in our country. Apparently, the coast of our biggest city is so well guarded that a sizeable contingent of armed terrorists can walk in and shoot people in cold blood. Who is to blame here? The corrupt officials? Or is it the political big wigs who would not hesitate to pimp their daughters for more power?
The attack showed the audacity with which the terrorists acted. Its after all the fucking Indians, shoot the pigs down! Mow them! Decimate them! No ones going to touch us! We can always pay our way out and dedicate a few of our martyrs in the process! Aisa hota hain!
Are we eunuchs to take all these and keep asking for more? Any self respecting man or woman cannot tolerate this anymore. We can be insensitive only to an extent.
Remember the words in the poem First they came...:

What will be the end result of all these? Our freedoms will be curtailed on the pretext of security. Innocent people will be harassed. Terrorists will still romp free. New terrorists will be made or bought. People will be more insensitive than ever. Country will still go to the Dogs...
P.S: Since the past week, I feel that Airport Road in Bangalore (the HAL one) is seeing an increased security. More police men than ever! Is trouble brewing?

We are angry. We cry. We take comfort in the belief that maybe the bureaucracy will move, the police and intelligence will act to prevent something like this from happening again. But it is very evident that they are not. What are we doing about this apart from being pissed off and call all terrorists fucktards ? Are we putting pressure on the government to take steps against such things ? The media will carry this for a month more. And then it will die out. Everyone will return to normalcy. Things will go on.
It is us who have to act. We have to do "stuff" as in realy get out and go confront the authorities and demand. After all, we are the ones who put them in the office. Until then things like this will happen. THere is no point in ranting , raving and all the crying we do.
PS: I was born into the Muslim community. The shock is no less deep and anger is definitely more because these fucktards are supposedly faithful Muslims.

@Praveen: Kill one terrorist and you destroy one tool. A tool that can be forged again. May be even a better tool. The problem is deep rooted. We need to have a drive like the one where we eliminated small pox.

right now, I think the the thing that is handicapping us to fight against terror is the fact that everyone accepts terror as a part of life. In India, people die in the afternoons and others go out for dinner that very night. We cant let ourselves take stuff for granted, we have to realise that it isnt 'Indian Spirit' anymore when our self respect is the issue at stake
Killing terrorist is immaterial. If one is killed there will be 1000's waiting in the wings. The only way one can end this problem is by changing the mindset of the people. war on terror should be in the minds of the people. If we go about things the way US has, it will only create more sympathizers for the terrorist.
